Mr. Izzatullo Sattori
After graduating from the Faculty of veterinary medicine of the Tajik State Agrarian University in 1978, he started professional work in the same University.
In 1984, he defended his PhD at the Institute of Veterinary Moscow.
In 1984-1994 he worked as a researcher, head of the laboratory, and from 1994 to 2005 was Director of the Institute of Veterinary Medicine of the Academy of Agricultural Sciences of Tajikistan.
From 2005 to 2013 he was appointed as Rector of Tajik State Agrarian University named after Shirinshoh Shohtemur.
In 2013-2016 he was appointed as the President of the Academy of Agricultural Sciences.
In 1995 he defended his doctoral thesis at the Institute of Veterinary Medicine of Moscow, received the degree of Professor (2001), Academician of the Academy of Agricultural Sciences (2001) and an honorary professor of Agrarian Universities of Russia, Kazakhstan, Armenia, China (2008 – 2010).
He is the author of more than 220 books and articles, as well as instructions in agricultural sphere. His scientific inventions have been approved by 16 patents. Under his leadership 14 candidates and doctors of sciences were trained.
His scientific achievements have been awarded with the Gold Medal of Intellectual Property (2005) and the International Prize named Socrates Cambridge University in England (2007). He was awarded with the Medal «Sharaf» (1999).
In accordance with the Order of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan No. 658 from March, 30 2016, appointed as the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Tajikistan.
Married, has five children.
Saidova Jamila Samadovna was born on October 23, 1965 in Vose district Khatlon region in the worker family. After the graduating secondary school she applied to Tajik Agrarian University and graduated in 1988 by agronomy background. She started her career in 1988 in the farm after the name A. Sino Vose district as agronomy- entomologist.
From 1993 till 2004 in the mentioned farm she worked as farm secretary and later as economist.
In 2004-2006 she worked as Head of Human Recourse in Tajik Horticulture Institute of Tajik Agrarian Academy of Science.
In 2006-2008 she worked in Agriculture Support projects in INGO Mersy Corp and ACTED as agriculture specialist.
Starting from 2008 she worked as scientific secretary of Tajik Horticulture Institute of Tajik Agrarian Academy of Science. At the same time she was engaged in Potato seeds production and breeding topics.
She is also co-author of 4 potato variety, 3 monographs and 1 recommendation.
With decision of the Government of Tajikistan under #16 from 10.01.2012 she was appointed as Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tajikistan.

Zevarshoev Zevarsho Taighunshoevich was born on 10 Sep 1961 in Sokhcharv village, Zevardasht Jamoat of Shughnon district, Badakhshan Mountainous Autonomous Region (GBAO) of Tajikistan.
In 1979 – graduated high school №7 of Sokhcharv village and completed his obligatory military service from 1980 to 1982 with Soviet Army in Volgograd.
From 1982 to 1988 – graduated from Tajik Agrarian University, faculty of Mechanical engineering in Agriculture.
From 1988 to 1992 – Second lieutenant, Technical Inspection Engineer at correctional facility 3/1 under MoI.
From 1994 to 2010 – started as a First degree Specialist, Head of Cargo department, Head of Freight transportation department at the Central apparatus and later as a Deputy Head of Automobile department at the Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Tajikistan.
From 2010 to April 2013 – Chairman of the Organization with limited liability “ANBAT-Service”.
In 18 Apr 2013 in accordance with the Decree by the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan had been appointed Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Tajikistan.
