SALIMZODA AMONULLO FAYZULLO
Salimzoda Amonullo Fayzullo was born on May 30, 1967 in the Dangara district, in the family of an employee. He has two higher educations: in 1991 he graduated from the Agronomy Department of the Tajik Agricultural Institute (now the Tajik Agrarian University named after Sh. Shotemur); and in 2006 - the accounting and financial faculty of the named university.
He began his career in 1991 at the Research Institute of Biotechnology at TAU, as a senior laboratory assistant.
In the period from 1993 to 2001, Salimzoda Amonullo Fayzullo worked in different positions: from assistant, senior lecturer to associate professor of the department of technology for storage and processing of agricultural products of the faculty of agribusiness TAU. In 1996-1999, at the same time as a teacher, he studied at the research-graduate school of the university. From 1997 to 2001, Salimzoda A.F. served as deputy dean of the faculty of agribusiness.
In 1999, he successfully defended his Ph.D. thesis on the topic: "Photosynthetic activity and donor-acceptor relations in conjunction with the productivity of healthy potato plants." In 2007, he defended his doctoral dissertation on the topic: "Biotechnological foundations in obtaining high-quality seed material in the conditions of Tajikistan."
In 2013, Salimzoda A.F., by decision of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Russian Federation, was awarded the title of professor. Since 2017, he is a member-correspondent of the Tajik Academy of Agricultural Sciences.
During the period from 2001 to 2004, Salimzoda A.F. worked in the Executive Office under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, as an assistant to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan.
From October 2004 to the present, he held various positions at the university: vice-rector for distance learning, head of the department of distance learning, vice-rector for academic affairs.
By the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, December 6, 2013 Salimzoda A.F. He was appointed rector of the university, to date he is the head of the TAU named after Sh. Shotemur.
Salimzoda A.F. is the author of 9 textbooks, 15 study guides, 3 recommendations, 3 monographs and more than 130 scientific articles. He wrote the book “Tojik Rizkro Az Mehnati Halol Eftaast”. Textbooks “Technology for storage and processing of agricultural products” (2007, in Tajik. Language), “Technology for storage of fruits and vegetables” (2011, in Tajik. Language), “General conservation technology” (2011, in Tajik. Language), “Scientific -practical fundamentals of storage technology for agricultural products ”(2012, in Tajik language),“ Assessment of nutritional value and quality of products ”(2014, in Tajik language),“ Potatoes and their cultivation in Tajikistan ”(2014, in Tajik language) “Technology of fruit and berry processing” (2016, in Tajik. Language), “Fundamentals of agronomy” (2016, in Tajik. Language), “The collection and storage of apples and pears” (2019, in Tajik) is widely used in the educational process, also as scientific materials, by students of the faculties: agribusiness, fruit growing and agricultural biotechnology, agronomic and economic.
Under his leadership, 2 candidate and 1 doctoral dissertations were successfully defended. He is currently the supervisor of 4 PhD theses and 2 PhD doctoral students.
For many years of fruitful activity in the field of education, in 2007 he was awarded the high title “Excellence in Education of Tajikistan”, in 2009 - awarded with diplomas from: Ministry of Education of the Republic of Tajikistan, Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tajikistan, Executive Committee, as well as a medal in honor of the 15th anniversary of the Armed Forces forces of Tajikistan and the 20th anniversary of State Independence of Tajikistan. Salimzoda A.F. holder of the diploma "The best specialist in the field of education of 2008".
First Deputy Minister
KARIMZODA SADI GAFOR
Karimzoda Sadi Gafor was born on August 12, 1969 in Dushanbe. He successfully graduated from the secondary school №30 in Dushanbe in 1986 and entered the same year the Tajik Agrarian University. From 1988 to 1989 he served in the former Soviet Union military forces.
After graduating the university in 1992, he continued his education in the Postgraduate Study Department of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan. After completing his postgraduate studies in 1998, while working as a junior researcher at the Plant Physiology and Genetics Institute of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan, he defended a dissertation and became a Ph.D, Biology.
Thanks to his professional and organizational skills, he worked as an agronomist from 1998 to 2007 in the representative office of German Agro Action/Deutsche Welthungerhilfe e.V.
From 2007 to 2011, he worked in the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) as the Program Officer. Starting from September 2011 to April 2012, he provided international consultancy to the “State Enterprise “Project Management Unit for resolution of cotton producing farm debts and cotton sector sustainable development” financed by the World Bank.
According to the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan №431 dated August 31, 2012 he worked as a Director of the “Project Management Unit “Livestock and Pasture Development” until January 27, 2020. The projects implemented by this unit are financed by the International Fund for Agricultural Development. (IFAD).
Based on the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan from January 27, 2020, №54, Karimzoda Sadi Gafor was appointed as the First Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Tajikistan.
Candidate of economic sciences, author of the thesis on "Development of entrepreneurship in the context of integration processes (in the case of the Republic of Tajikistan)" (2006), monograph and 13 scientific articles. Speaks Russian and English languages.

Zevarshoev Zevarsho Taighunshoevich
Zevarshoev Zevarsho Taighunshoevich was born on 10 Sep 1961 in Sokhcharv village, Zevardasht Jamoat of Shughnon district, Badakhshan Mountainous Autonomous Region (GBAO) of Tajikistan.
In 1979 – graduated high school №7 of Sokhcharv village and completed his obligatory military service from 1980 to 1982 with Soviet Army in Volgograd.
From 1982 to 1988 – graduated from Tajik Agrarian University, faculty of Mechanical engineering in Agriculture.
From 1988 to 1992 – Second lieutenant, Technical Inspection Engineer at correctional facility 3/1 under MoI.
From 1994 to 2010 – started as a First degree Specialist, Head of Cargo department, Head of Freight transportation department at the Central apparatus and later as a Deputy Head of Automobile department at the Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Tajikistan.
From 2010 to April 2013 – Chairman of the Organization with limited liability “ANBAT-Service”.
In 18 Apr 2013 in accordance with the Decree by the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan had been appointed Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Tajikistan.

MIRZOZODA MUZAFFAR BURHON
Mirzozoda Muzaffar Burkhon was born on September 2, 1970 in Muminabad District, in the family of an employee.
He began his career in 1987 as a worker in the State Farm “Aurora” in Muminabad District. In 1988 he entered the Tajik Agrarian University named after Sh. Shotemur and in 1993 successfully graduated from the Zooengineering Faculty.
And in 2014 he graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the Tajik State University of Commerce.
In the period 1994-1998 he worked as the Head of the Farm and breeding zootechnician in the State Farm “Aurora” in Muminabad District, in 1998-2003 he was the Chief Specialist livestock of the Farm “Navbahor” in Muminabad District.
2003-2007 as the Head of the Breeding Department of the Department of Livestock, Poultry and Fish of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tajikistan.
2007-2015 as the Head of the Department of Livestock, Poultry, Fish and Beekeeping of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tajikistan.
From March 30, 2015 to May 16, 2015 as the Head of the Administration Department of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tajikistan.
2015-2020 as the Head of the Republican Institution for Pedigree Breeding, Pedigree Breeding, Artificial Insemination, Purchase and Sale of Breeding Animals of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tajikistan.
Considering his labor activity and capacity for work on the basis of the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan dated 02.14.2020, No. 93 was appointed Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Tajikistan.
