SUE "Fish of Tajikistan" from the 70s to the 1981s of the last century functioned as a fish farming management (fisheries management).  Subsequently, by the resolution of the State Agroprom of the Republic of Tajikistan No. 623 dated 03.10.1988-until April 1992, he acted as a production association "Fish Breeder" under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan (Production Association "Tajikryba" under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan). By the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tajikistan No. 001-1062 dated 10.04. 1992, until 2007, it was registered as the Republican Production Association "Fish Breeder" (RPO) "Fish Breeder" from 24.06. 2004, No. 001-1062" A " before this party was registered as a state unitary enterprise "fish Tajikistan " of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tajikistan in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan.

On the basis of the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan No. 123 dated March 3, 2001 "On measures to restore the fish farming industry in the Republic of Tajikistan" on the allocation of arable land for fish farming to fish farms of JSC "fish farming khushotzot" of the city of Penjikent-100 hectares, JSC "fish farming Khushot" of the district A.JSC "Red Flower" of the Friendship district-400 ga, the state fish farm "Chubek"-allocated. 

In accordance with the work schedule of the State Unitary Enterprise "fish of Tajikistan" with 6 work tasks approved by the Minister of Agriculture in 2020, operating as of 01.01.2021 -5 employees.

The State Unitary Enterprise "Fish of Tajikistan" for the quality of environmentally friendly products was awarded the Platinum Star award by the International Election Commission in Madrid (Spain) in 2002, 2003. The company was awarded the international prize "Golden of the countries of Europe" for production technology in 2003.  Fish of Tajikistan was also awarded the Crystal Earthmaker Industry Leader Award for its successful adaptation to the rapidly changing conditions of the market economy.
